Lg Xenon stinks Like sausage saurkraut onions pig rotten moldy food and worst of all Keturah. one of my keyboard letters broke, my keyboard slider gets stuck sometimes, It freezes up. I mean whats the point of having a smartphone that can do anything but it freezes up and when i call att i have to wait 2months for them to ship a new one or most likely a refurbished used and old one (knowing att) I mean i should just switch phone companies for 200 more dollars. I mean come on

i have the lg xenon and i have a friend with the impression and i have to say they r very similar in style and functions. the xenon is smaller and lighter then the immpression and i havent experienced the problems listed in the comment above. both phones take some getting used to but the big difference is that the xenon is 100$ cheaper then the impreession so im gonna have to go with the xenon if ur looking 2 buy one of the phones

I have the Samsung Impression, and I must say, its the worst phone I have ever had. I had to have it replaced 4 days after i got it due to a software glitch that wouldnt allow me to add any new contacts. I have had it for around 10 months and the keys freeze up on it about two or three times a week and i am forced to take off the case (the only case you can get for it is very flimsy and poorly made as well) and rip the battery out in order to reset the phone. The screen glitches on my when I am trying to send a text message as well pretty frequently and i have to restart my phone about 3 or 4 times a day due to not being able to send one off. The t9 capabilities of the phone are also severly infurior to my friends LG Dare. (cant delete words you add if you a mistake, you have to reset entire phone are start over with adding words to t9)

All i can say is this is the last samsung product I will ever buy, LG, Sony or Motorola for me from now on, I plan on getting the LG envy touch in a few months, going to cancel my ATT contract early just to get rid of this phone. (I also had an original iPhone that had an issue with the sim card port and they refused to replace it for me, I ended up traveling to an Apple store 45 minutes away and they happily replaced it for me with a refurbished device, so ATT’s customer support doesnt help at all with their flawed devices.)
