    I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the freezing problems. I have been reading online about the phone freezing and I was wondering if anyone knew why the phone was freezing or not, and what can be done to avoid the freezing.

    well to start if you havent got this phone don’t bye it totall waste for your precise money.
    then the freezing problem is explained by att as the t9 locks that phone up in text but i’m not sure because mine still does it.
    and also you might find while listen to music it will shut off and restart .
    and last but not least if the screen doesn’t load then you slide it open and keep doing that in the menu and the such you will finally get to the place you wanted in the menu
    and there is an update out for the internet browser i just can’t figure out how to get it though
