I love my Impression, I’ve had it since late July or early August 2009, and it’s never failed me once. It freezes at times, but usually it’s because of rough handling. I’ve never had a more resilient phone. It’s ultra surprising to me because it’s a huge screen and I’m a major klutz. It’s taken unprotected bounces across concrete, hard wood floors, and a drink of water (spilled water bottle). Screen’s always dried out, popped the battery out, put it back in, back to normal, great phone. Screen’s a bit less responsive (even before all my abuse) than one would hope for, but it’s awesome for a first-time touch screen user. The keyboard is handy if you need more speed and have shaky hands.
